Handprint Ornament Workshop - Dec. 20th - Mendenhall, MS

We will be at the following location on December 20, 2025 from 9:30am-11am CST in Mendenhall, MS.

You will choose a designated time slot. You will arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. We will have a table set up in a certain area of the shop and will lead you through the whole process. I WILL TAKE WALK-INS; however, appointments will be first priority! 

Here is an overview of how the process will look:

• You arrive at the location and get in line.
• When it’s your turn: you choose size of ornament(s) and design(s) for each ornament. (8 inch are $20. 6 inch are $15. In some cases with multiple smaller children, I can add up to 3 prints on ONE ornament. Multiple prints REQUIRE the 8 inch ornament, and there is a $5 additional fee PER additional print.)
• I get the following information from you: Name, Phone Number, Child’s Name for each ornament, etc. and receive payment, if you have not already prepaid. (Credit/Debit Card OR Cash accepted.)
• I paint the child(ren)’s hand(s) and apply handprint to ornament. (Footprint required for children aged 2 and under.)
• I will provide baby wipes to wipe paint off; however, you will need to properly wash the child(ren)’s hands with soap/warm water to ensure paint doesn’t remain on hand(s).
• You come back to the same location at a later specified date to pickup completed ornaments. (You will be notified when they are ready and have arrived at the location for pickup. Estimated date of pickup: December 22, 2025.)

Time Slot Info:

If you claim a spot, I ask these things of you to help the process run smoothly without getting behind:

•Arrive 5 mins early to be ready when the person ahead of you is done.

•Have sleeves of the child(ren) rolled up (or shoes/socks off of infants) and design(s) chosen. (There will be a banner/poster of design options.)

•Fill out info card correctly with correct spelling. I will not be responsible for misspelled names if I copy what you write down.

•Prepaying helps TREMENDOUSLY. It helps make the process go quicker and smoother. (If you plan to pay the “day-of”, PLEASE bring exact cash. I will also have a card reader present, if needed.)

*If you aren’t present when called and at your claimed time slot, you will be skipped and will have to be worked into an unclaimed spot or between others if time permits. No refunds for no-shows!*

I try not to overbook and get behind so that no one is waiting an extended period of time and things run smoothly. Because of this, I keep each 10 minute time-slot limited to 3 children. To help me with this: IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 3 children, PLEASE claim an additional time slot!
